RECREATIONAL CHEER
Is Recreational Programming Right for You?
Recreational classes are a fun way for athletes to learn the basics of body control and movement in a team environment.
Our Recreational session classes are designed to introduce athletes to cheer, performance cheer (dance), Ninja (parkour), and Tumbling in a non-competitive setting.
Classes run for 10 weeks in the fall and winter sessions, and 6 weeks in the spring session.
Summer programming varies by year and coach availability.
Required Equipment
Wear athletic clothing (t-shirt and shorts) and a clean set of shoes! Long hair should be tied back out of athlete’s face for safety. Athletes should also bring a water bottle
Required Skills
None – we will work to build all skills for each individual athlete!
